In low light conditions, if you want to save air in the scene environment instead of using every local area as a shed, the scale is small and the light is uniform. At this point, LED spotlights can come in handy.
There are of course many details in practice, such as the direction of light, the scale of light control, and the control of light quality. It’s still a battle for a photographic light source with two workspace levels.
My first claim regarding the use of a high power LED video light is to use it as part of an overall lighting scheme, especially in low light conditions it will perform well. But don’t rely on it alone, the flexibility and scale of use of flash is still far greater than it is.
